When going for weight loss the number of your calorie intake should be less than the calories burned. When the body has a calorie deficit it will burn the fat to fulfill its needs. This depends and varies from person to person. Try to take into account everything you eat and drink, every little one and keep track. However, don’t reduce it drastically because then it can cause diseases and problems like muscle loss and a bad immune system that will be counterproductive.

During the weight loss process, you will also lose some muscle too, which is dependent on your body type and other factors. Remember that calorie deficit without the exercise will result in problems with metabolic rate, slow immune system, losing more muscle and diseases now have a better chance of making your body home.

No matter what type of workout you do just wear clothes according to the weather I prefer a workout tank top and shorts in summer and just put a layer of warm clothes over it in winter.

Before starting everything consult your doctor and a nutritionist so they can help you create a perfect diet plan that will work perfectly for you without making the body weak and successfully losing those pounds you are after. When you have one just follow the diet plan strictly and report back if having issues. Any pain or problem that is consistent or have patterns should be attended at its earliest. Keep count and write it somewhere that is how you know if you were indolent with the diet. These are the most common mistakes and how you can avoid them.
